Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.
Note: Pre-sale items may have different delivery times depending on availability.

Shipping Method

We partner with trusted logistics providers (including Amazon fulfillment services) to ship Tivor products. The most suitable carrier will be selected to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.

Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and shipping methods.
Once each item is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

Address Changes

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
However, you may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it and reorder with the correct details.

Important Notes

• If an order is canceled after 1 hour, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.
• If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost or cannot be recovered, the customer will bear the loss.
• Tivor is not responsible for replacing or refunding orders due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
