Return & Warranty Policy

Learn more about Tivor product returns and warranties.
Tivor offers return services and warranty coverage for items purchased through our official website or authorized stores (such as Amazon).
Items Not Covered
The following items are not eligible for return or warranty:
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen items
- Items outside the warranty period
- Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days)
- Free or promotional items
- Products repaired by third parties
- Damage caused by external factors
- Misuse or improper handling (drops, water, fire, extreme temperatures, etc.)
- Unregistered products
- Items purchased from unauthorized sellers
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- Product and accessories must be in good condition
- All original accessories must be included
- Original packaging is required
- For non-quality returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
- Refunds cover product cost only (excluding shipping fees)
⚠️ Returns may be rejected if requirements are not met.
Tivor Is Not Responsible For
- Loss or damage of personal items during product use
- Personal items sent back with returns
Return Time Limit
- Returned items must arrive at the Tivor warehouse within 30 days after return approval
- Otherwise, the request will be automatically closed
- Only one return request per product is allowed
How to Request a Return
- Submit a return request within 30 days of purchase
- Tivor Support will respond within 48 hours
- After shipping the item back, provide:
- Carrier name
- Tracking number
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued after inspection at the Tivor warehouse
- Processing time: 3–5 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method
Note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- For non-quality returns, buyers bear shipping risks
Warranty Policy
All products purchased from Tivor official channels or authorized sellers are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty (from date of purchase).

- Quality-related issues
What We Provide
- Replacement (refurbished or new item)
- If unavailable: partial refund based on usage time
Warranty Terms
- Customers must securely package products for return
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs (to and from warehouse)
- Defective products may require inspection before replacement
Warranty Extension
- Warranty can be extended once per product
- Extended warranty is non-transferable
- Replacement items continue under original warranty period
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact Tivor Customer Support
- Provide the following information:
- Name & Email
- Order ID
- Product Model
- Serial Number (SN)
- Purchase Channel
- Shipping Address
- Issue Description
- (Optional) Photos or Videos
Warranty Information Tips
- Order ID: Found in your order history
- Model Number: Found on packaging/manual/product
- SN (Serial Number): Located on product label (not packaging)
Important Notes
- Products must be registered on the Tivor official website for warranty eligibility
- Quality checks may be required before replacements are issued
